“I really enjoy my Pilates classes at Balance. Instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and make helpful corrections, suggestions, and modifications if needed so that you get the most out of every class. Classes challenge you and help you lengthen, tone, and strengthen; and my posture has never been better. The studio is a gem- cozy and welcoming.”

“I am grateful to have discovered Pilates Reformer classes at Balance. I tried a less expensive Pilates Reformer club and quickly realized the higher value of the equipment and level of instruction at this studio. With no more than six students in a reformer class, students benefit from continuous coaching and feedback. The vibe is professional and welcoming. The equipment is pristine. The team meets me where I am each step of the way in my wellness journey.”

 FAQs

  • If you are new to our studio and have prior Pilates Reformer experience, we recommend starting with our Level 1 classes. Our teachers can recommend if you are ready for the next level.

If you are brand new to Pilates Reformer classes, we recommend starting with our VIP New Client experience that includes private sessions. After your private sessions, if you feel ready you can move into our Level 1 classes or continue with more privates.

  • Water bottle and we also recommend grip socks.

  • Plan to be setting up your reformer at least five mins BEFORE class begins. Allow yourself time before that five mins to store your belongings, use the restroom if needed, etc. Arriving just before class begins makes it challenging for you to be prepared and for our teachers to start classes on time. The front door of the studio does lock at the start of class so please be mindful of this studio policy.

  • Anything you are comfortable in that allows you to stretch and move freely. That could be leggings or comfy sweatpants. There’s no judging here, just be you!
