Katie, ACE-GFI, ACE-CPT

Katie is passionate about helping women of all fitness levels feel strong, confident, and energized in their everyday lives. She has always been active but found a special love for group fitness after becoming a mom - when she needed something that supported both her physical and mental well-being—and quickly realized it was about so much more than just the workout.

Her classes are designed to be effective, approachable, and fun, with a focus on building strength while creating a positive, supportive environment.

Her favorite part about teaching is the energy in the room—the music, the connection, and the moment when clients realize they’re stronger than they thought.

Fun fact: Katie is a mom to spontaneous boy/girl twins, so she's no stranger to multitasking and high energy.

Katie leads our B+B class on Sunday mornings!
