Brooke, RYT200, Pilates Teacher
Brooke is both a yoga and Pilates teacher!
She fell in love with yoga when she become reacquainted with it during her journey through infertility. The calm and support that yoga gave her for her mind and body is what carried her through those treatments and her successful pregnancies. As she grew older and so did those babies, she knew she wanted to share with others the care that yoga provides for the body and mind on the best and worst of days. Brooke is inspired by her students and what they teach her when they step onto their mats in her classes.
After a couple of years of teaching yoga, an opportunity fell into her lap when the studio decided to host it’s first Pilates teacher training. Feeling an indescribable pull to the training and the path it opened, she took a leap of faith. Becoming a Pilates teacher has allowed her to transfer her story to others by making sure students in her classes never leave class feeling weak or lacking but rather STRONG + CONFIDENT in their bodies and mind.
Brooke graduated from college with a Bachelor's in Criminology. She thought she was going to be a lawyer or a police officer .... fast forward almost twenty years and she is working to clear minds not analyze them!
Join Brooke on her mat on Wednesday mornings for our Balance Yoga class and on Friday mornings for Pilates. She also works one-on-one with clients in private Pilates sessions.
