Grounding flow/vinyasa practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose linking breath to movement. We offer two options for Flow classes - Flow 1 and Flow 1-2.
If you are new to yoga, we recommend that you take several Gentle then Balance classes before trying our Flow 1 class. Our Flow 1-2 class blends the mindful pace of Flow 1 with the added challenge of more complex movement patterns and transitions. Inversions and arm balances might be offered. “After over 10 years away from yoga and Pilates, I decided to give Balance a try. I am so glad I did! All of the teachers I’ve met are incredibly welcoming and supportive. I especially love the diversity of ages and experience in the studio. I'm grateful for the safe environment Balance cultivates for us to take care of ourselves whether we’re new to the practice or lifelong veterans.”
