Balance is a boutique yoga + Pilates studio located in Glen Ellyn, IL.

We offer a variety of small group yoga and Pilates classes for all experience levels. To enhance your practice, we also offer other healing modalities such as Massage and Reiki.

We believe in the power of connection with others. In addition to our classes, we offer special events, workshops, and teacher training programs. We also love to host private events in our space!

We offer a range of yoga classes including Gentle, Hatha, Flow, Prenatal, and Restorative. Our soothing studio space features soft lighting and relaxing design to help you clear your mind and get the most from your practice.

We are Glen Ellyn’s only locally female owned non-heated studio that offers yoga and Pilates all in one space.

Our name “Balance” was inspired by the yoga guideline “sthira-sukham asanam” that is often translated to simply mean finding balance between effort and ease.
