  • 9:30-10:15am - VIP Reformer Class. Limited to 6 spots.

  • 10:30am - 1:30pm - WORKSHOP: Special Populations: Focusing on Pre/Post Natal and Osteoporosis

  • 1:30 - 2:30pm - Lunch Break

  • 2:30 - 4:30pm - WORKSHOP: Cueing, Corrections + Compensation

  • 4:30 - 5:00 pm - Q+A
